Our client is one of Australia’s leading media companies and is seeking a senior Experiential and Activations gun.

As the Business Director you will be responsible for liaising with direct clients, internal sales teams and agencies to proactively find new opportunities to achieve business goals and increase revenue by providing integrated brand experience solutions and wider marketing opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Sales/Business development

  • Creative and strategic development of integrated marketing solutions to meet client brief and objectives
  • Internal and external communication to drive awareness and offering within the marketplace
  • Maintain and grow existing client and agency revenue
  • Introduce new revenue through direct client relationship
  • Identify key opportunities for prospective clients and proactively approach
  • Identify key opportunities for clients across existing media network
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships at agency and client level to drive organic growth
  • Attend sales meeting and conference as required

Creative and Strategic Development

  • Demonstrates the ability to concept, develop and advance high level marketing strategies and creative
  • Educate the wider team on marketing mix and provide integrated solutions
  • Introduce new marketing opportunities and champion up skilling within digital and sales promotion to increase offering
  • Develops and delivers compelling client presentations


  • Recommend relevant solutions and ideas to clients
  • Develop and maintain ongoing strong relationships with key internal and external personnel
  • Proactively ask the right questions
  • Educate internal teams on brand experience opportunities
  • Educate external clients on the integrated offering
